Taking proper aim cannot happen without a goal. A goal is something that is meaningful but also terrifies us a little bit. We can honestly evaluate where we are and take stock of the terrain we have to traverse in order to reach our destination. With an aim, we can detail what has worked for us and also fix what is out of alignment.  We can think and act consciously in an articulated manner and cultivate the awareness to correct any conceptual inadequacy and misperception. In this way, we can continue to grow and evolve.
