Intermediate Yin Yoga is mostly floor poses held 2 to 5 minutes that challenge you physically and mentally. As you hold the poses, you become calmer and more relaxed as you build patience. You become more flexible and is healing for the joints. Most people are in constant Yang and need Yin for balance. And Yin is great for those under a lot of stress and anxiety.
