Hatha Level I
Recommended for those who have had previous yoga experience or no experience and willing to give it a try (only practicing the poses that work for you). I walk you through a Yoga practice that works the whole body from head to toe. This class will improve your flexibility, mobility, strength, and balance, improve circulation, respiration, and the digestive system and reduce back pain while improving posture. It will help with anxiety and stress as well. You will notice benefits to take off the mat into your daily life and Yoga will make you feel younger and relieve stress.
