In this 60 Min Yoga Tune Up Class titled: "The Leg Stretch Series: A Regenerative Hips Class", Jill takes you through a deep exploration of your hip joint. Static stretching has been a hallmark of the “relax & restore” genre for centuries. As a category of stretch, it is heralded for increasing mobility as well as downregulating the nervous system. This class incorporates new research around static stretch while mobilizing your hips in every direction.
