In Mentor Session 2 of the Evolution Series, our focus is on the classes 5 - 8 (outlined below). The four classes grouped in this month’s class are inspired by themes in the frontal plane. Hips, shoulders and core are pressured from side to side to refine the lateral boundaries of your body so that your confidence here is boundless. We'll explore the importance of the sequencing of these classes individually and collectively and address your questions.
