Child’s pose can be experienced as a whole body retreat – a retreat from the intensity of the world and a time to reconnect with your primal developmental shape: the embryo. Before you lifted your head against gravity, the flexed body position was your safety zone. This class explores all planes of motion to help coiling back into that primal shape feel more ease-filled and regenerative.
