There are hundreds of ways to approach finding your body’s “center of gravity.” This class will show you a path that homes in on the relationship of your pelvis, ribcage and head. It will also teach you a new self-assessment of the rib cage and how to mobilize and stabilize it in a more optimal position. The lessons learned here act as a body blueprint that will travel with you into all future classes.

The reason I'm pairing this replay class with the new TADASANA Class is that your standing pose relies on all the soft parts within you to find equipoise. The diaphragm's relationship to the psoas is a keystone to navigating your optimal Tadasana. This Psoas & Diaphragm class will help you identify the interplay of these muscles and improve your deep core so you can stand in that strength.
