In this 60 Min Yoga Tune Up Class titled: "Shoulder Shapely", Jill takes you through your shoulders range of motion in all directions, flexion, extension, adduction, abduction, protraction, retraction, elevation, depression, internal rotation, external rotation and circumduction. Whether you've experience pain, limited range or cannot seem to build more strength, this mini-workshop gives you a toolbox to find shoulder satisfaction. From the deep rotator cuff to the superficial “glam” muscles of the deltoids, you’ll get the moves, the motion and the lotion.
