This special asana is one of the rare few that features a true sidebend. Frontal plane movements are more common in Tik Tok videos than the canon of yoga asana. But this frontal plane position opens the gateway to all other ranges of motion.

The reason I'm pairing this replay class with the new GATE POSE Class is that "Gate Pose" and "Chest Day" might seem unrelated, but this class acts as a perfect complement to address the upper body structures that you'll be opening and closing in this classic Yoga pose
