When I first met my husband, he couldn’t bend his knees past 90˚ due to multiple knee surgeries. For a guy like him, the cue “don't let your knee drift forward of your ankle” was a perfect cue. But how he longed to have full range to allow his calves and quads to stretch. Knee replacements are predicted to increase by 400% over the next 20 years so it is our collective responsibility to make sure the elasticity of all knee related tissues are mobile and functional. This class busts the myth of “No knees over toes” and provides a much kneaded workout for you.
