In this 60 Min Yoga Tune Up Class titled: "Like BUTTer: A Treat for your Seat", Jill takes you through multiple movements that mobilize all the muscles of your hip joint. Welcome to the Glute LABaratory. Today, you will become a bottom sensing scientist within your body. You’ll discover and improve your active and passive range of motion in your “rump”  leaving you feeling strong and supple in your coxal joints.
