Dynamic stretching is the wonderful process of maintaining constant motion while moving through range. It requires coordination, control and a level of grace. The activity of repeating motions for several repetitions promotes tissue and joint lubrication and helps to strengthen and lengthen the muscles that participate in the actions. This class provides a toe to head whole body movement based stretch class that helps you prepare to embody your body for the rest of the day.
