Side bending occurs in the frontal plane. Navigating pure side bending movements is a constant game of resisting your body’s desire to move forward, backwards or twisting away from the frontal plane. This core strengthening class plays with the lateral continuities of your body through strength, stretch, mobility and Roll Model Rollouts to ultimately build your lateral awareness for Side Plank.
