Baby you were born to run, but do you anymore? Whether running is your current jam or you'd like to prep your body’s parts to make your way back to the road, trail or beach, this class can support you. Build dynamic strength and create healthy articulation from your feet all the way to your lower back. This sequence can help prevent shin splints and plantar fasciitis while making you a better breather. It includes rollouts where you'll explore myofascial release practices for your feet, psoas, obliques, quadratus lumborum, and more. It also includes intermittent check-ins where you'll evaluate the effectiveness of the MFR work you've done.  Do this practice on a recovery day, or as a warm-up before your run.
