Downward Dog is a whole body pose that loads abundant body weight into the shoulder girdle. While some students might be distracted trying to get their heels to the ground, the shoulder range of motion might be the lynch pin that snags any attempt at allowing more length throughout the back body to arise. This class helps you explore how the shoulders connect into the fascial tracts of the back body to allow for more ease of range from heel to hands.

Props used in this Class:
YTU Therapy Balls/ Therapy Ball PLUS/ ALPHA/ Coregeous Ball/ Blocks

After doing the DOWNWARD DOG class, we recommend you also do the following classes from the Replay Library.

The reason I'm pairing these replay classes with the new DOWNWARD DOG Class is that shoulders are often the snag in your body's plan to find a pleasant Down Dog. Shoulder Shapely gives you encyclopedic embodiment of your shoulders and helps you become a detective to un-lock the missing movement pieces that will allow your shoulders to find comfort in Down Dog.
