In this 60 Min Yoga Tune Up Class titled: "Retrofit Your Down Dog", Jill takes you through a shoulder focused look at the popular yoga pose Adho Mukha Svanasana. Down Dog is easily the most well known yoga pose on the planet. It’s also been domesticated by multiple yoga tribes with often-times confusing cues. This class aims to explain the actions and performance of Down Dog from a kinesiological and fascia related point of view.

Props Used in this Class:  YTU Therapy Balls or Therapy Ball Plus, Coregeous Ball, Block, Strap, Chair or table
