ADVANCED: 90min Intermediate to Advanced Yoga Class
A vigorous and challenging class carefully sequenced to improve and develop whole body core strength, joint stability, mobility, body awareness and a general sense of ease and freedom of movement in a joyful union of body, mind and breath. Multi-level practitioners are very welcome, but the class cueing will be aimed at practitioners with some familiarity with a yoga asana practice. There will be a combination of some flow with longer holds, vinyasa sequences, arm balancing, strength drills, and increasing progression to develop the awareness of the postures and transitions. Each class with have a targeted theme but also designed for a well-rounded experience.
