REFINE: Friday May 29th 45min Yoga Class Breakdown "Front of Hip Work"
This is a short instructional "class", about 30-45 minutes that deals with one or two main points regarding the week's theme. It can still be taken as a stand-alone class as it will be safely sequenced, but it will not necessarily be a full-body balanced practice. I.E. if the theme is handstand, there could be wrist and shoulder opening exercises, hollow body core drills, hip and hamstring openers, working to some balancing drills using props, a wall, etc.
