Pranayama Practice Group - Spring Session

Join Adriana Adelé for this 8 week invitation to ease and renew into the transition of Spring and nurture your relationship to breath, prana- our vital life force, and pranayama- the fluency in expanding and engaging with prana. Of this series, past students have praised:

If you have dabbled in pranayama during public classes or have taken pranayama workshops and want to establish a sustainable, adaptable, and nourishing pranayama practice, this 8week series is designed intentionally for you. 

What to expect:

  • Once weekly 30 minute guided pranayama practice sessions with space to ask questions and clarify. This virtual session is available to replay should you miss it.
  • Journal prompts and home practices to thread the practice between sessions and establish a regular practice, suggested sequences will be provided after each session.
  • A custom PDF workbook designed for you with rituals, breathing exercises, foundational pranayama techniques, and invitations for embodied practices.
  • Weekly email check ins
