This pranayama practice group is for anyone wanting to build and nurture their relationship to breath, prana, and foundational pranayama techniques. If you have dabbled in pranayama or have taken the pranayama workshop and want to establish a sustainable, adaptable, and nourishing pranayama practice.

The PPG will meet for 30 minutes once a week for a guided pranayama practice and space to ask questions and clarify. To thread the practice between sessions and establish a daily(ish) practice, suggested sequences will be provided after each session.

Practice Group: 7:45 - 8:15am Tuesdays in June (7th, 14th, 21st, 28th)
