Vinyasa classes at Three Queens is intended for students looking to more a bit faster with 
creative transitioning from pose to pose. Classes may include arm balances, inversions, standing and balance poses, with focused instruction and modifications. 

Props are provided for in-studio classes. This class is 60-75 minutes, including time for therapeutic rolling and savasana. Each Vinyasa class is teacher-specific, and can vary greatly depending on teacher. We encourage you to read teacher bios and try different classes to discover your favorite.
