COLORS of the CHAKRAS
We explore the Chakras through the awareness of the corresponding color for each, after a Pranayama practice that clears out the central energetic channel. This is a perfect practice to clear the mind from its busy tendencies and soothe the nervous system.
Our breath is a direct link to the mind. When we can control the breath, we can control our mind. Each session opens with a simple Pranayama technique to regulate and expand respiration and Prana, Life Force, in the body. A concentration practice follows to guide the student to an inner stillness beyond the busy mind.
