Cultivating Self Love

In this class, we offer the Loving-Kindness (Metta) phrases toward someone that we love, and then toward ourselves, to cultivate energies of love and kindness in the body and mind. 

Deepening the compassion you have for yourself and others allows you to cultivate a space of internal acceptance, happiness, and peace.
