Heart-Centered Practice
The practice opens with some Kapalabhati to remove old air from the system as we weave in some retention to increase Prana / Life Force.

Each session opens with a simple Pranayama technique to regulate and expand respiration and Prana, Life Force, in the body. A concentration practice follows to guide the student to an inner stillness beyond the busy mind.
