In this class, find increased stamina to keep moving in a gentle, slow, mindful way, with brief holds in a pose. Love it or hate it, we're doing Mandukasana, Frog Pose during this class!

Whether it’s your first class ever or you are more experienced, this class encompasses what everyone needs. Focus is placed on incorporating pranayama (breathing techniques) with asana (yoga poses) to create an overall gentle flowing experience.
Make no mistake about it, gentle doesn't necessarily mean easy! It just means that we will take our time to move mindfully and with intention. We'll incorporate movements with the rhythm of our breath, making an introspective experience that combines strengthening and stretching.
Allow yourself the opportunity to be gentle with yourself, go slow through your practice and enjoy flowing movement to movement.
