In this class, after warming up our body, we'll play with different variations of Garudasana, Eagle Pose.  This pose is great to work balance, focus and strength.


Chair Yoga is great for anyone!  Explore yoga from the ease of a chair and get the same benefits as if you were on the floor.  Chair Yoga allows a person to move in and out of poses using the chair as a prop.  It’s great for those with arthritis or other conditions that make mobility challenging.  Also good for office workers or anyone who wishes to practice off of the floor.
