Chair Yoga is great for anyone!  
Explore yoga from the ease of a chair and get the same benefits as if you were on the floor.  Chair Yoga allows a person to move in and out of poses using the chair as a prop.  It’s great for those with arthritis or other conditions that make mobility challenging.  Also good for office workers or anyone who wishes to practice off of the floor.

In this class, enjoy nice movement for the shoulders and hips!  Both seated and standing poses are explored.
