In this all-levels class appropriate for all bodies, plenty of modifications will be offered to turn the intensity up or down as you like. Pace is slow, allowing us to meet our edge by holding poses for longer. This is a great class for everyone, including beginning and experienced practitioners, as well as for people with injuries or other limitations.
