Using yoga’s body-mind-breath practices of slow, mindful movement, asana variations, meditation, and pranayama you will increase balance, strength, flexibility, and agility. You’ll pay particular attention to functional movement patterns and safe alignment to reduce your fracture risk for a long life of mobility and independence. This class is appropriate for all ages and levels of yoga experience and is especially helpful for anyone diagnosed with, or having a family history of, low bone density or osteoporosis.
