Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga connects body, breath, and mind through an energetic practice that builds strength, flexibility, and a connection to self. In Ashtanga Flow we will explore elements from the traditional primary and intermediate series with an emphasis on how this practice can help us connect deeper to ourselves and to the cycles and seasons of nature. Many options and modifications will be offered throughout this class to allow students of all levels of experience to honor where they're at each day and make the practice their own.
