Seasonal Vinyasa Flow

Join us weekly for this seasonal practice of a well-rounded sequence that strengthens, stretches, and mobilizes all parts of the body with a special emphasis what's most affected by the current season. Each week, the sequences focus on a specific physical, energetic, or philosophical theme based on the current moon cycle. Repetition offers not only a check-in, but also a challenge point. Through approaching the same poses each week, we can develop a deeper connection the shapes and how to work with our bodies in each shape. These classes will be all-level and open to all students.
