Carve out just 30 minutes to de-stress with this healing practice that focuses on gentle restorative postures. Props, including bolsters, blankets, straps, and blocks, (or anything around the house) can be used to help open and find space in the body. Postures are held for a longer period of time to allow for the body and mind to relax. Beneficial to all bodies and all levels.
