Mindful Flow - DO NOT PUBLISH
This class is for everybody, people who have little experience and those who have been practicing for yoga years. We will focus on breath, body awareness and proper alignment as we flow through an asana practice of standing and seated poses. We leave judgment at the door and journey to open the body, center the mind and find peace within.
