 As we move into December, the world around us seems to slow, inviting us into the quiet embrace of winter’s stillness.

The days grow shorter, the nights longer, and we are reminded that even in the darkest moments, there is wisdom, beauty, and a light that never fades. The approaching Winter Solstice, the longest night of the year, offers us a sacred pause.

It is a time to reflect on the gifts of the shadows—the lessons learned, the growth nurtured in silence, and the strength found in facing life’s challenges.

In this season of deep rest and introspection, we’re called to reconnect with the quiet flame of our inner light. It’s a flame that continues to burn, steady and unwavering, a symbol of resilience and hope.

Together, we’ll dive into the themes we’ll explore this month, designed to help you prepare for the Winter Solstice with intention and clarity. 

I have also included a special prayer that I will be sharing. Please feel free to use this in your own practice and teaching if it moves you.

Let us honor the beauty of the season, not as an ending but as a sacred threshold—a moment to release what no longer serves and to prepare for the return of the light.
