Class begins with thoughts on Dharana (concentration), followed by meditation, an opening prayer of intention, and a description of the 9 Drishti points, including the tip of the nose, between the brows, the thumb, hand, ceiling, feet, to the right, to the left, and the navel. The sequence includes Sun Salutations A and B (Surya Namaskar A and B), Leg and arm extension, Side Plank on the knee, Padagusthasana, Tree Pose (Vrksasana), Triangle (Trikonasana), Standing Spread-Legged Folded Forward Bend (Prasarita Padottanasana), Triangle to Prasarita Padottanasana, Extended Big Toe Pose, Side Plank (Vasishtasana), Locust Pose (Salambasana), Camel Pose (Ustrasana), Seated Spread-Legged Forward Bend (Upavista Konasana), Intense Stretch of the Dorsal Pose (Paschimottanasana), Trataka (candle gazing) meditation, Corpse Pose (Savasana) and a closing prayer of gratitude. 

*There were some technical issues that made me have to go to the computer to address them twice. This doesn't affect the flow of the class or your viewing/audio experience. The issue was on my end. Also...I forgot to silence my home phone and my cousin called. Sorry about that! This class was definitely a practice of Dharana for me!! x
