This class begins with a reflection on Asteya (non-stealing), meditation, and prayer, followed by an asana sequence that focuses on releasing the tension in the quadriceps and legs. We begin with Sun Salutation A (Surya Namaskar A), Standing Quad Stretch, Cresent Pose (Anjaneyasana), low lunge, Revolving Lunge (low) Pose (Parivrtta Anjaneyasana), Revolving Lunge (high) Pose (Parivrtta Anjaneyasana), low lunge quad stretch, King Arthur's Pose, followed by Sun Salutation B (Surya Namaskar B), Frog Pose (Bhekasana), Child Pose (Balasana), Camel Pose (Ustrasana), Hero's Pose (Virasana), Ardha Supta Virasana variation (Half Reclining Hero's Pose),  Intense Stretch of the Dorsal Pose (Paschimottansana), meditation (which includes questions for continued reflection), Corpse Pose (Savasana), a closing prayer of gratitude.
