This week's theme is the 7th of the 8 Limbs of Yoga, Dhyana, (meditation). I will begin with a short explanation, followed by 108 chants of AHEM PREMA (I am divine consciousness) and a 10-minute silent sit. The class will conclude with some light stretches and a closing prayer of gratitude and intention.
