Vinyasa Flow Yoga: An energizing practice that focuses on shoulder, chest, and heart openers.
This energizing shoulder, chest, and heart-opening practice begins with meditation and a prayer of intention to initiate the class with a sense of the sacred. The class concludes with Bridge Pose (Setu Bandha Sarvangasana) and Upward Bow Pose (Urdhva Dhanurasana), supine twist (Supta Matsyendrasana), Dead Pigeon Pose (Supta Kapotasana) Bound Ankle Pose, (Baddha Konasana), Seated Forward Bend (Paschimottanasana), meditation, and a closing prayer of gratitude.
