This alignment-based asana practice begins with a brief explanation of Tantra yoga, and how it can be used to liberate stagnant energy in the body and move us into higher states of consciousness. The sequence will use the wall, two blocks, a strap, a chair, and blankets and incorporate twisting asana and back bending poses. The class concludes with some Kundalini spinal rotations and breathing techniques followed by meditation, rest, and a closing prayer of gratitude.
