In this dynamic flow practice, we'll begin with decompressive poses and then move to compressive poses, including deep forward folding asana to increase the blood flow to the individual organs.

This practice will include externally rotated asana to open the hip flexors and release the toxins and tension held there and inverted asana to increase the lymphatic flow.

Points of discussion will include the third chakra, Saucha, and how internalized emotions can be as toxic as a poor diet and environmental stressors.

Suggested props:
2-4 blankets, 2 blocks, a bolster, and a strap. Substitutions for props could be towels or throw blankets, hardcover books for blocks, firm pillows for a bolster, and a belt, scarf, or handtowel for a strap.
