Monday Meditation: Finding stillness through meditation, crystals, essential oil and visualization
In this 30 minute calming and centering meditation, I will begin by explaining how to properly align your posture for an optimal sit, followed by easy stretches to release tension in the neck, shoulders, and chest. This will prepare the body for a 4.7.8 count breathing exercise (Pranayama) to regulate the breath and the central nervous system. From here, I will explain the healing principles of meditating with crystals and stones, specifically Selenite, which promotes calmness, ease, and Spiritual insight. I will also show how to use essential oils, like peppermint or lavender, on your feet to ground the energy body. From here, I will lead you through visualization, moving from matter into consciousness, finding the space for the deep internal connection that comes from silence. The class will end with a prayer of gratitude.
