This practice will include decompressive and compressive poses, a series of strategically sequenced twists, core work, and pranayama techniques for the full detoxification experience.

This practice will stimulate movement in the colon, massage the vital organs, increase blood flow, mobilize the joints, oxygenate the cells, and balance the hormonal system.

There will also be meditation and reflection on personal accountability, making new and healthier choices in your diet, habits, and environment, and how reconciling toxic events in your life can lead to healing, compassion, clarity, and peace. 

Suggested props:
2-4 blankets, 2 blocks, a bolster, and a strap. Substitutions for props could be towels or throw blankets, hardcover books for blocks, firm pillows for a bolster, and a belt, scarf, or handtowel for a strap.
