The central theme of this practice is Samadhi, the 8th Limb of Yoga, which means "enlightenment" or "bliss". Class begins with a brief explanation of Samadhi, a grounding meditation, and a prayer of intention. The sequence includes Sun Salutation A (Surya Namaskar A), Low Lunge with a twist, Sun Salutation B (Surya Namaskar B), Lunge with a twist (Parivrtta Anjaneyasana), Pyramid Pose, Folded Forward Bend (Uttansasana) with fingers interlaced behind the back, Noose Pose (Pasasana) prep, Prayer Twist (Parivrtta Parsvakonasana Namaste), Twisting Triangle (Parivrtta Trikonasana), Twisting Half Moon Pose (Parivrtta Ardha Chandrasana), Half King of the Fishes Pose (Ardha Matsyendrasana), Cow Facing Pose (Gomukhasana), Camel Pose (Ustrasana), Intense Stretch of the Dorsal Pose (Paschimottanasana), meditation, Hasta Mudra and the Gayatri Mantra, Corpse Pose (Savasana), and a closing prayer of gratitude
