Come and join us for a relaxing flow class suitable for all levels at the DoubleTree in the beautiful oceanfront lawn. All are welcome! You do not need to be a guest of the hotel to come to class.
Parking is very easy. Tons of free, ample parking on Springmaid Blvd or Nash St.
Walk through the DoubleTree parking lot to the beautiful lawn right by the ocean.
Breathe in the salty air, and allow the sun to set behind you as you flow through a relaxing yoga practice.
