Join this class to learn how to safely inhabit your body and breathe into areas of stiffness through yoga. Yoga teaches us that with patience, breath and consistent practice, stiffness can soften over time. 

This is a gentle, flow style class that incorporates the use of props to support your body during postures. The teacher offers variations and options for each pose to encourage you to meet yourself where you're at today. Come as you are.
