Liane Bluth
Liane Bluth (she/her)
Liane (she/her) began yoga as a way to align her physical posture, however, after noticing the internal benefits, she dove deep into the philosophy and history of yoga as a life practice.
Her first 200-hour yoga teacher training was online in 2022 through Akasha Yoga Academy with teachers Burkhard, Kirsten, and Devdas. Less than a year later, Liane traveled to Rishikesh, India to complete her second 200-hour yoga teacher training with Ra Lalita Dasi through SatyaLoka Yoga School. Upon completing these trainings, Liane is now certified in traditional Hatha and Tantra Yoga lineages.
In Liane’s class, you can expect to begin with a guided meditative grounding and transition into mindful movements through the asanas with a focus on the breath. Her classes offer a variety of cues and modifications and are designed to flow in alignment with each individual.
Liane uses sound & movement to empower her inner artist and creativity. She believes that by discovering your true nature, you can lead a life of purpose, intention, and fulfillment. The practice of yoga has been a catalyst of inner freedom and contentment within her own life, revealing to her where her true nature resides. Her hope is to help reveal to others their potential through use of the basics: the breath, movement, and mindfulness. The yoga mat is a tangible item that can become your friend, your safe space, and your home - somewhere you can really get to know yourself <3
In addition to yoga, Liane is pursuing her master's degree in speech-language pathology and is passionate about providing services to post-stroke and traumatic brain injury survivors.
