Dana Hanf (she/her)

Dana discovered yoga in her early 20’s while training as a cyclist and runner. Seeking to find balance between her busy  personal and professional life she found yoga. In her class you can expect to move at an upbeat tempo and be supported through the use of props and variations. Each class will tailored to match the energy and needs of the students who are present. You can expect themes of core asana woven throughout practice and to leave feeling refreshed and grounded (both physically and mentally). Dana has completed a 200 hour yoga teacher training with Sangha Studio in Burlington, Vermont. When Dana is not on her mat, she is teaching her fourth grade students, enjoying the outdoors with her three dogs, reading on the couch with her cat, or bouncing around from one social event to another.
