“Nadi Prana Flow ®” is energetic, self massage that combines the basics of abhyanga (Ayurvedic self-massage) to flowing sequence of yoga asanas and fluid movement.

In this season, we will enjoy the elemental, Prana Flow Pranams with self-massage for well-being,  immune support and body knowledge.  

Bring a tennis ball, your favorite rolling tools, dark towels, warm Ayurvedic oil, or offer self-massage over your clothes.

After we go to our Zoom Boom Room - Soulful Wellness Space for our Teacher's gathering for those registered. If not enjoy this space on replay for your daily Nadi Prana Flow.
