Enjoy our weekly meditation series as we embody a mudra and bhavana (inner state) meditation. This meditation opens in silence as we light a candle and offer a silent prayer for all beings who are experiencing difficulty breathing right now. 

Shiva will then guide "entering meditation" and prana flow preparation with breath flow (pranayama) and mudras vinyasa. We will then cultivate the heart mudra in pure meditation for 11 minutes with an ambient sound scape. You can enjoy these meditations seated or lying down, in bed or standing. 

As we relax our tensions around our breath, we feel the pulse of life that is breathing us all.  All our welcome. Our breath is the gift. Our heart is the teacher. 

This Mudra meditation is offered  (solar)  to begin the journey of the week and is for our monthly members including our teacher trainees.
