you will receive 6 hours of content a month 
curated as new practices every week for your to enjoy.
Your practices are in easy to digest yet transformative
 30 min increment (Sacred Training on Mondays) and
60 min practice (Prana Vinyasa)  Live or Replay.

Prana Vinyasa Solar-Lunar Thursday 10-11 am Weekly Schedule
